Sean brings 10 years of hands-on experience in data recovery, having progressed from a data recovery technician to a senior assessment role. He specialises in diagnosing drive failures, evaluating recovery feasibility, and defining precise technical recovery strategies. His expertise spans firmware-level HDD repair, imaging optimisation, and file system analysis. Tyrone our Advanced Recovery Manager oversees complex multi-layer data recovery assessments across HDD, SSD, and flash-based storage systems. With expertise in failure analysis and recovery path planning, he evaluates logical, firmware, and hardware-level issues to determine optimal intervention strategies. He is responsible for ensuring accurate diagnostics, prioritising high-risk cases, and maintaining data integrity throughout the recovery process. Kate our RAID Recovery Manager specialises in the assessment and recovery of complex RAID and NAS/SAN storage systems. She is responsible for diagnosing multi-disk failures, reconstructing RAID arrays, and recovering data from degraded or failed environments. With over 16 years’ experience in logical and physical recovery methods, she develops efficient rebuild strategies while maintaining strict data integrity standards. Kate coordinates recovery efforts across multiple systems, ensuring accurate reconstruction and minimal data loss during critical recovery operations when required cases.
